Your Wedding - Your Day, Your Way!

Arlington Abbey is the oldest church in Arlington TN and has recently been renovated to accommodate Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions, Rehearsal Dinners, Showers, Bridesmaid’s Luncheons and all of the special events associated with your wedding. The Sanctuary and The Hall can hold up to 130 guests for Ceremony & Reception. No Resetting is required; your guests gather in the Sanctuary for the ceremony, then move to The Hall to begin the celebration. Wedding & Reception pricing includes the use of the two-room Bride’s Suite and the Groom’s Room and our Kitchen.

Weddings and Receptions

Your Wedding and Reception rental include tables, chairs, and White, Black or Ivory table cloths. We provide the basics, but you choose the vendors that reflect your style and taste.  Our Preferred Vendors list is a great resource to help you find wedding professionals who meet our quality standards.  Click to view our Policies and Procedures.  Refer to our Preferred Vendors List for information on all of the Wedding Professionals that we highly recommend.

Our kitchen is available for your choice of caterer to use as a staging area. No cooking is allowed on-premises, but we have an oven and a microwave available for warming, and two refrigerator/freezers

Accommodations

Our Bridal Suite consists of 2 rooms: The Bride's Lounge and the Bride's Dressing room. Our Brides and their attendants can relax and enjoy getting ready for the big day in the comfort and privacy of the suite.  The Groom's Room has its private entrance where the wedding party can prepare for the ceremony. Your wedding day rental includes the use of both spaces.

Ceremonies and Receptions

Our rental fees include tables, chairs, and table cloths. (Arlington Abbey owns a limited number of tables, so if additional tables are required, the client may rent them at their discretion.) Tables are 60-inch rounds (seat up to 8 people), 48-inch rounds (seat up to 6 people),  6-foot rectangular tables with your choice of white, ivory and black table cloths. Each event space is set up by our staff based on your individual needs.  Our kitchen is available for your choice of caterer to use as a staging area. No cooking is allowed on premises, but there is an oven available for warming, and two refrigerators.

Although you are welcome to bring in your own officiant, our staff ministers are here to help you customize your wedding ceremony. Our ceremonies booklet offers many choices. You can even write your own original wedding vows. Our Staff Minister fee is $250.

Keep your details coordinated! Your plans are important to us. You can bring in your wedding planner or hire one of our wedding coordinators to work with your vendors and family throughout the event.  We can direct the ceremony and make sure your reception runs smoothly. Wedding coordinator fees are based on your specific needs.

 

Pricing

Below is a list of our Rental Rates and the rental times associated with each category. Additional hours are available at the rate of $200.00 per hour but must be booked in advance to ensure proper staffing. All times below include set up and break downtime.

Saturday Ceremony & Reception for up to 130 guests - 8 Hours -  $1800.00

Morning Wedding & Reception for up to 130 guests - 5 Hours - $1000.00
* Morning Weddings must conclude by 2 p.m.

Friday Evening wedding & Reception for up to 130 guests -  8 Hours - $1400.00

The Sanctuary-Ceremony Only for up to 130 guests - 3 Hours - $800.00

Receptions

The Hall Reception Only for up to 125 guests - 6 Hour - $1150.00

Hall and Sanctuary Reception for up to 200 guests 8 Hours - $1800.00
